Review: I have made payments on these tires in rims at East Coast Customs Tires/Rims and was told by owner that they would be in on 03/03/2015 so I was at East Coast Customs to make final payment but no tire or rims were there. The rims that I order the owner claims he can't get them now so, he order some rims that were simalar to the one I order. I would like have my money back if can't get rims or tires. The total amount was 1,200 dollars, I have not made final payment as of 03/03/2015 but the owner J.D does not have the tires/rims he keep telling me the item are coming in but,there still on order how long do I have to wait be for I can get a refund. As of Feb 17,2015 the owner said there will be no finance charge if picked up by 03/03/2015 but the order was not ready.Desired Settlement: I would tires/rims or refund how long do I have to wait be I receive settlement.

Review: I went in to purchase wheels and tires for my car on Mar 22, 2014. I went into the waiting area and spoke with [redacted] who said she could order my rims and they would arrive the following Wed. She asked me to put a deposit of $500. I went into the shop on the 29th to have my wheels and tires installed, but found out the rims that were ordered were not the onces I had on my receipt. I spoke with the owner and he said there was nothing he could do and I had to work with what he had in stock. I advised him that is not how a business is run and I would like my money back and he said NO REFUNDS. He asked me to give him a hour to call the wheel manafacuter and see if they could be ordered. I came back in a hour and he said the wheels could not be ordered in all black (which I have on my receipt and [redacted] said they could) and said he could give me a better wheel for the same price. I agreed and left with a picture of the wheel he printed out for me. I received a call on April 3 from [redacted] stating the wheels could not be ordered in the size I was told which was 20's and could come in 18. I advised her I did not want 18 wheels as that is what I have on my car now. I again asked for my money back and she said she will call me back.Desired Settlement: I am requesting my $500 be returned to my visa / debit card as I have not received the original product I put the deposit for. I have listed on my receipt VW13 all black rim and they manufactuer does not even make that product when I was told it does.
