UNSAFE MECHANIC SERVICES! I took my motorcycle in for PA State inspection. I paid to have the front brake pads replaced which was required to pass THIER inspection. While I was riding home from East Coast Cycle Center the brakes failed just in time to run a red light. They didn't tighten bolts that hold the caliper in place so the caliper came off the rotor. Being that it was unsafe to ride, I had to argue, them to come pick up my bike so they could fix their mistake. Don't forget I paid them for a state inspection that obviously wasn't done properly -- they inspected their own work! What will the mechanic look over next if they can't even perform a simple inspection or brake job?

I took my q[redacted] in for service, mainly to get my brakes fixed and general service (change fluids, etc). Big mistake. It took them over a month to get a simple part and I simply could not get them to call me back. I called in four different times asking them to get an estimated delivery time for the part and they just didn't do it. I left it there for about five weeks and finally found out from a friend who knows a mechanic there that it was done. They never managed to fix the brakes, just said it was done, charged me almost $600. I will never go back there again, avoid at all costs.

Worst service. Worst people . Read other people's reviews. They are accurate. Don't be a fool and get the treatment I received. I bought motor oil yesterday for my atv. The salesman wrote in magic marker atv oil so I wouldn't confuse it with the regular oil I also purchased. I for home amend realized I could not use that oil on my atv. I took it back today and met up with a sales person who identified himself as the manager. I think his name was Craig or Greg . He refused to take back the product because it was written on. I told him that his other saleman wrote it. He said he didn't care. I admit I got mad, but he challenged me to go ahead and report his company to the Revdex.com and to write any bad review I wanted. I walked out and told a few people I I the lot not to buy from them. I told them read the reviews, they are accurate. The manager ran out the door and proceeded to chase me in my car yelling and threatening me. It was the worse place I have ever been. I have never written a review, positive or negative on anyone before.
