Like we had said beforeWe are under USDA inspected everyday, Monday through FridayWe take temperature of all meat product that arrives to the Commissary, to insure qualityThe ribs arrive Frozen and go straight to the freezerOur freezer and fridge are monitored 24/and an employee manually checks the temperature twice a day during business hoursWhen a customer ask for ribs, all we do is pull them out of the freezer, put on scale, place price tag and hand them overThe package is never openedWhen reviewing the cameras of that day a little after pm (hottest time of day) we could see the pack of frozen pink pork ribsWe also reached out to vendor to ask if there was any other incidents, he responded with “no all clear”We have a sigh posted on fridge door and in walk in saying “UNDER USDA THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY RAW PRODUCTS IN THIS FACILITY, POR EL USDA NO HAY INTERCAMBIO NO REMBOLSO DE CAREN FRESCA U NINGUN OTRO PRODUCTO RESCO”To quote Mrs [redacted] “Of course I was concerned about my propane tank it was nearly degree outside and I was concerned if it was safe to be in the car for an hour.” Here she says she was more concerned about propane than groceriesI will be sending a Food & Safety information pack provided by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) for future referenceWe do apologize if this was not the response she was looking for but we have store policies to follow as well

I am rejecting this response because I myself don't understand how the ribs could have been rotten I understand that you run test for the safety of your business and your customersAs soon as I arrived home I put them in the freezer, four days later I unfreeze them and they had been rottenedI'm upset yourself as the owner didn't want to become responsible no store credit or an exchange that was $thrown awayOf course I was concerned about my propane tank it was nearly degree outside and I was concerned if it was safe to be in the car for an hour.

First I would like to apologize for not responding soonerMy mail was misplacedNow for this complaint, I’m not sure how that could be possible? We are under USDA inspected every day, Monday through FridayWe take temperature of all meat product that arrives to the Commissary, to insure quality
