I have been a client of I-Magination.net/Redframe for nearly yearsIn the past year, there have been two major server "issues" resulting in several weeks worth of disruption in service
This disruption in service consisted of: website being completely off-line, missing data, missing galleries, inability to contact admin for support, inability to upload photos or maintain website and a permanent loss of information (including photos and some website page information) Website pages and galleries were also reverted to very old versions during these problems - thus showing outdated pricing structures to potential clients
After the first week "disruption" I was personally assured that measures were taken by I-Magination to change the way that websites were backed up, and where they were housed so that it was not possible that clients would experience this kind of downtime and lack of service again Not even months later, the server(s) were down again
The communication to clients during these weeks of problems is horrendous Not only did I not receive credit for the lack of service, in the midst, I was actually charged again I left voicemails and was told specifically via email that they received my messages, but would not be calling me back I have so far asked to speak to the owner times and not ever received a response other than "he's very busy."
Hypothetically if your website actually works, I do really like the platform and administrative options for designing a site, but it's become clear over the past months that you'll be lucky to have a site that works, let alone get answers to your questions from their tech support in the meantime
