It is still pending.  I received notice that they received the  refusedl merchandise. However,  [redacted]) has credited my account for any fees or excess interest related to the $199.40 charge .  They also updated to the credit bureau about this transaction should [redacted]s attempt to affect my credit. It is still pending to see if [redacted]s contest the dispute. [redacted]s has been a major hassle and headache.  I was just trying to buy my husband and son fishing lures for $19.95 for Chrstmas.  Who would pay almost $200 for lures?  I tried to cancel within minutes after ordering on-line to no avail.

Review: I ordered an item online and when it showed me the receipt, an additional $30.00 was added to my charge. I tried to contact the company to resolve the issue but they just put me on hold. After approximately 10 minutes of being on hold, the call is ended by them. This continues over and over and no one ever answers the call.Desired Settlement: I would like someone to call me and adjust the bill to the proper amount.

Review: I ordered the Mighty Bite lures on 5/*/15. On 5/*/15 I received a call at home advising that the product was being shipped and they offered me $100 in free gas cards and went on to offer me another product that I could try free for 14 days and then they would bill meI interrupted the lady and advised that I was not interested in purchasing anything and asked that they not call me again. About 45 minutes later, approximately 9:00 p.m. I received another call from a man with the same offer. I explained to him that this was the second call in less than an hour and I did not want to order anything else! No, I do not want the free gas cards! At this point I advised the man that I did not appreciate a second call when I had ask earlier not to call me, nor do I want to do business with his company. I requested to have my order cancelled so I wont have to deal with the unwelcomed phone calls. He advised that I would have to call ###-###-#### to cancel the order. I called that number and [redacted], employee # [redacted] advised me that I had to call the Billing & Cancellation department at ###-###-#### and they were closed. I was told that the billing department opened at 9:00 a.m. EST.9:02 a.m. on 5/*/15 I called the Billing & Cancellation department. I was told by [redacted], employee # [redacted] that the order had shipped on 5/*/15 and could not be cancelled. When I placed the order I was advised to allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. I dont appreciate the harassment and unsolicited phone calls. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the order cancelled and to receive a full refund. If the order has shipped, I will return it for a full refund.I would like to be removed from their call list.Stop the customer deception. Nothing in life is free.

Review: I wanted to order a set of lures for Christmas and started to do so via the website. The order did not go through. I called customer service and placed the order via telephone. I was ASSURED I would only be charged for the one.

We have received two identical packages and were charged for both ($19.95 each +$10. shipping).

We are now being told that if we want to return one - we have to pay for the shipping to return it!

We only ordered one and the customer service rep confirmed this.Desired Settlement: We would like $29.95 credited back to our credit card and we would like a shipping label sent to us to retunr the second, identical item.

Review: I ordered a small super soft cooler (order # [redacted]) and never recieved the product. The company did however charge my credit card for the purchase.Desired Settlement: Refund my money

Review: I ordered a Soft Super Cooler at the end of March and have yet to receive it. I was charged $79.70 on April [redacted]. I was not given an order number because an email confirmation was never sent. I have tried to leave messages for the company but most of the time, the voicemail box is full. It is supposed to take 4-8 weeks for shipment, which is ridiculous anyway, but it's been more than 9 weeks.Desired Settlement: I just want the cooler delivered. Or a refund.

Review: I ordered the mighty bite lure, and they charged my account the day of the order. Then 4 days later they called offering a service for $1 that I declined. I told the representative I did not want it. She acknowledged that I didn't want it. Later the same day I checked my bank account and they charged me an additional $29.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled and a full refund of BOTH payments.

Review: I bought a product from [redacted] on May **, 2015 in a automated system. It took me to a live person at the end who I explained that I made a mistake through automated system but I want to buy the product advertised on TV show cost $19.95. He repeatedly assured me that I will be charged only $19.95. I asked him if there any shipping and handling involved? He said "no" you will be charged only $19.95. Yesterday June * I checked my account and found they charged me $219.25. Immediately I called their customer service. The person pickup up my call I explained everything to her. She told me they didn't do it, it was a third party. I told her in my account you charged me $219.25 there was no third party involved. She told me I can returned those extra products that I ordered through automated system my mistake. But they will give me only 119.17 plus I have to spend shipping and handling to return the product. I asked her why $119.17? She said shipping and handling they will deduct which is $80.13. I asked her to buy a product for 19.95 you charging me $80.13 shipping and handling? She said yes. I don't want any of their product as I am very upset. Please help...Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: Still have yet to receive my purchase even though the company claims International delivery to Canada within 4 weeks (at the end of the 5th week right now) and company didn't provide a tracking number so now package is not able to be located. Now I'm out of money AND I don't have my luresDesired Settlement: I want these lures and I'd like an apology for the extremely rude customer service I received

Review: After watching the info commercial for Mighty Bite, I placed an order for the fishing bait on August **, 2015. The info commercial advertised 19.95 plus shipping and handling. When the order was placed, I didn't get to speak to a live representative. The automated message asked you how many items you would like to order and I ordered 1 set of the Mighty Bite fishing bait. When I received the order yesterday, August **, 2015, there were two of everything with no invoice. I had to go online to find a number and when I called Might Bite, I was redirected by an automated person to three different numbers. When I finally reached a human being, I was informed at that time the cost of the items was 133.50. It took from August [redacted] to August [redacted] to receive the items and the cost was just as much as the items ordered 57.70. I spoke to someone in billing today, August [redacted] and she informed me that each item has a separate shipping and processing fee and if I am not happy, I can send it back at my expense.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of the processing fee 57.70 + 19.95 - Total 77.65 considering I have to pay shipping and handling to send it back to the company.

Review: Frank ordered the Mighty bite but was not told about the shipping and handling charges. The product cost about 59.00 and shipping and handling was 34.80. When the articles were received they were not what he was told they would be. He immediately called the company and was told too bad . We returned the items abut were still charged the 34.00.Desired Settlement: To have the 34.80 returned to us

Review: I ordered on line two [redacted] lures at $19.95 apiece. The company added on two extra items which came to $199.60 .that included a $69.60 shipping and handling fee. I called the company just minutes after it was posted on my computer, I called the company to discuss the error. At that time they said it wasn't posted yet on their computer and to check back in 4 hours. When I called back 4 hours later, they said it still wasn't posted and gave me a customer service number to call. When I called customer service, they said it still wasn't posted and gave me a web site to check on its posting. It wasn't posted there either. I ordered the merchandise around [redacted] in the [redacted]. I checked the web site again about 7:30 a,m. The next morning and it still wasn't posted. I called the company again and they said it was to late to cancel as it was already shipped. I called [redacted] of the [redacted] company I used. [redacted] called the company. Bottom line is that [redacted]s gave [redacted] the [redacted] number. [redacted] checked with [redacted] and it still had not shipped. [redacted]s said it was still too late to cancel. My only recourse is to refuse the shipment when it comes. Shipping and handling are not refundableDesired Settlement: cancel order and shipping and handling fees. Bad, bad company
