*** *** of Heartland Property was recommended to me by a friend to manage my property To this day we have never met in person and I have never seen my property in person He has managed my house like it's his.! I don't think of him as just my property manager but a very good friend His dedication, intelligence and care are unsurpassed and there are not enough superlatives to recommend him
We usually speak several times a month and he's always on top of any issue that may arise He's gone above and beyond the call of duty so many times for me that I've lost count of them
If you're looking for a property manager in the Indianapolis area, look no further

He cheated me, promising to ship my item.
Then, he used my money for 1 month.
Within a month, he did not reply to my messages and phone calls. After he sold my guitar at a higher price to another customer without asking me, he refunded my money.
I need compensation.

Review: I've bought an expensive vintage Fender Stratocaster guitar (Sunburst color, 1974 year) from [redacted] COAST GUITARS on may'21 2014. We've agreed terms and conditions with the seller. Since that day he started to scam. He didn't ship my guitar. I've tried to contact the seller daily, but he's still ignoring my messages and calls. One day he did respond, offering a refund with a funny reason of cancel - "unrest between US and RUSSIA provides a shipping problems". Then I gave him alternative shipping address in US. But he didn't ship my guitar and now he doesn't respond. I also offered him a local UPS store for shipping of my guitar. He hasn't responded. Though he responds to enquiries about his other items he listed on www.gbase.com Be aware of making any business with this seller. This man is a TOTAL SCAMMER. I'm preparing documentation to report him to police as he stole my guitar.Desired Settlement: Since the date guitar was purchased it is my item. Seller has to follow the terms of the deal and ship my guitar to me.
