Tell us why here...This answer is in response to the above referenced complaint The facts presented in this complaint are not correctWe are a modular home builderA modular home was purchased from [redacted] ** [redacted] , and delivered and set on land owned by the complainant in November of We completed our work on the modular and obtained a certificate of occupancy on December 29, The buyers stated that they needed to be in their home by the end of the year, so everyone at East Coast Homes worked hard to complete this home in little over one month We service the home fully for a period of one yearDuring that first year the buyers did ask for service work to be completed and the service work was in fact done in a timely manner by East Coast Homes We did receive communication from the buyer after the one year period regarding an issue they were having with the exterior sheathing that was installed by the Modular Factory, [redacted] ***This was work that was completed by the factory and not East Coast HomesThe modular factory warrantees their house for a one year periodThe modular factory also provides a year residential warranty as wellWe advised the buyer that they needed to pursue the issue under their year factory supplied warrantyAgain this is a factory issue and not an issue involving the work performed by East Coast Homes If you need any other information or documents from our company regarding the above referenced project please do not hesitate to contact us

During that first year the buyers did ask for service work to be completed and the service work was in fact done in a timely manner by East Coast Homes.
