Worst customer service I have ever receivedI called regarding a disputeI've paid my debt that desert schools charged off and I wanted to have the account removed from my credit reportI spoke with different people before escalating to a supervisorAll of the customer service agents mislead me into believing that desert schools had no control in removing the account from my reportAn account that is already over years oldWhen I finally asked to speak with a supervisor she was extremely rudeShe told me they would not remove the account and that I will just have to wait for it to fall off I understand if it is their policy to wait the full term, and it's unfortunate for my situationHowever, this is all they had to tell me from the get goI did not need to waste my time speaking with other agents and then have a supervisor be nasty and rude I will never bank there again
All I can say is WOW! These folks had my car for monthsmonths and could not get my windows or mirrors to workThey told me it was fixed, charged me $and it was not fixed by the time I got homeThey told me to bring it back and then they had it for monthsNever, ever called me on a status or updateFinally, after waiting and waiting, he said that I should take it to the dealer in WilmingtonI went to pick up the car and he told me he had a solution to fix itSince I already paid $411, I figured to let him fix itA month later, he still couldn't fix itIn fact, now my trunk doesn't work, my doors won't lock and my hazards flash while the car is runningDO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Oh, I failed to mention that my car was dinged up tooMy car is silver and now there's red paint on the doorDon't waste your time.....he doesn't know what he's doing

All of the customer service agents mislead me into believing that desert schools had no control in removing the account from my report. An account that is already over 7 years old. When I finally asked to speak with a supervisor she was extremely rude. She told me they would not remove the account and that I will just have to wait for it to fall off.
I understand if it is their policy to wait the full term, and it's unfortunate for my situation. However, this is all they had to tell me from the get go. I did not need to waste my time speaking with 3 other agents and then have a supervisor be nasty and rude.
I will never bank there again.
