I don't believe that there are many air conditioner repair businesses that would come out to repair my air conditioner problem, on one of the hottest days of the year, within two hours of my call I am happy to recommend ECM to the people of south Florida for reliable, fair, and knowledgable resources from this company

I called to have my oven recalibrated and my stove top was working fine buy my oven was running highA ecm technician came out and took the control panel off and said a plastic plug had broken He wrote it up to get me another board He said I would be called when the part came indays later I received a call from ecm saying I was not covered for the glass panel and I would have to pay $to fix the issues Now both stove and oven do not work because tech took it apartThey also said that I took panel off and taped itWhich was a blatant lie, why would I take it off If I had a contract paying over $a year to fix issues like thisI called I ecm customer service who were extremely rude to both my husband a I and told us unless we paid they were not coming back out and to stop calling about the issue on our stove Extremely rude! I would not recommend ecm

I had a service contract with ECM and requested a plumber to install a faucetIt was not done properlyMy wife pointed out a leak and the ECM plumber insulted herIt still leaks to this day Prior to this they called to ask if we were interested in an Interior A/C unit that did not fit into another condo so we could purchase at costWe bought the unitServeral years later we needed to replace the roof unit, but now the special deal we installed was not compatible with new system and had to purchase a complete systemGot sold a new A/C for $3500...could have shopped around for less than $Not happy with the heating in the winterNow that the unit is under warranty needed a drain, I was charged a labor feeThat was $ for one hourA call to question the fee was told it is OverheadYou guys can't even fix a leak Never again I rate the company D MinusBoss man not care!!!

This service warranty company has some serious customer service issues, Their customer care supervisor " [redacted] " who wouldn't give me his last name is very rude and arrogant, I was waiting a week for a price quote which I never received, after questioning him, he told me they called a left message, there was no message, he then proceeded to give me a quote for parts 3x what I was able to purchase on my own as I researched part myself, when I questioned him he got loud, spoke over me and pretty much said " this is our price , take it or leave it " I asked him why it was so much when I could buy it cheaper and he had no response, the tech that came out was rude and " cocky " the previous tech's that came out ruined my stove top , and after numerous attempts I finally got it replaced, I asked " [redacted] " to talk with another supervisor and he refused to transfer me to anyone elseI personally worked for one of their rivals for years and if I ever talked or treated a customer the way I was treated I would have been let go with no questions askedThough it all I still remained a loyal customer, until now, I will not renew againI hope the owner see's this, but like his employees, i'm sure he could care less, I hope I'm wrong !!!

My 87-year-old mother bought a air conditioner from East Coast Mechanical about years agoI called to get replacement filter size (there's to the package size and the actual size)After giving the manufacturer, model number and serial number the first two customer service reps told me they don't keep records that far back and when I requested them to research...they hung up on mei spoke to a third person and asked to speak to Mr [redacted] the ownershe refused to put me thru or pass along a messageI requested she research and get back to meHaven't heard from her or Mr [redacted] !

I wish to thank ECM for the professional service that I received from [redacted] plumber, and [redacted] appliance technician. They came into my home and did a beautiful job in fixing all my problems. The people that answer the phone should be recommended for speaking graciously to the clients, me being one of them. The deserve an applause. [redacted] and [redacted] deserve a recommendation for their knowledge of their department. I have been with ECM for about 14 years, and as the carpet man says "WHY TRY ANYONE ELSE?" [redacted]

I had ECM for years paid them on time many years had few or no repairs but last year I have had a few repairs and they cancelled me not renewed for this year because they paid out too much moneyBut isn't that what insurance is for? Doesn't that stinkDo not use them I am sorry that I purchased a new Lennox air conditioning system last year from them and already had to problems one was I needed a new coil Do not use hemTheir customer services stink they make you be home almost all day they say they give you a hour window but they do not show up on time

[redacted] 8/6/2015-I have had a contract with ECM for the past years and what a difference between the services that I had before and ECM! I had problems with my oid air conditioner and agreed to purchase a new one through ECM What service and reliability! I am extremely happy with the new air conditioner and I want to thank you for your service and reliability
