Review: 1) They charged me nearly 4 times the estimate they gave me when I was obtaining bids from different moving companies. After my move was over, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to discuss the outrageous change in price. I still haven't been able to get their "customer service" to return my calls or my emails.

2) They left an ENTIRE DESK remaining in my home hidden behind a door. I don't know what they thought they were doing, but when I went back after they had gone and tried to open a door, I saw it wedged against a wall. I had to scramble at the last minute to find help to drag it down 3 flights of stairs. It was horrible and stressful.

3) They just decided to hide everything they didn't want to pack from my bathroom under the sink. When I opened the cabinets on my walk through to double check, I saw bottles and odds and ends that I had to either throw away or pack into my suitcases for my flight out.

4) They broke countless items including jewelry and glass, didn't wrap glass properly, dumped things from different rooms into random boxes so unpacking was a nightmare. I cut my fingers constantly reaching into boxes where glass was broken along the bottom.

5) I paid extra for my clothes to be kept on hangers and then transported on rods. They just dumped my clothes with the hangers on into boxes. The clothes were stretched, pulled and torn by strewn hangers. It was, again, a nightmare to unpack and unravel.

6) And, in an ending that was just as terrible as the beginning, they were late in shipping my belongings by nearly one month.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be refunded the difference between the estimate and what I eventually had to pay to move. Failing a full return of the difference, i'd like a portion thereof. This business also should no longer be able to fleece other customers, especially single women. The other reviews I've seen of the company are consistent with taking advantage of lone female customers.
