This company uses bait and switch tactics, they provide "binding" estimates and when they come to pick up your items you are charged on cubic ft. or weight which was never discussed or disclosed when given the estimate. I was told by my sales rep [redacted] what I was quoted I would pay (unless I had a jacuzzi I was not telling them about) and when they came to pick up my items I was charged 50% over the estimated price. Even though all items and the number of boxes were itemized on my "binding Quote" I was even charged $80 extra for plastic and to wrap box spring and mattress!!! I had no option to pay, scammers!!! Not to mention they were a day late picking up my items and never called to inform me, I had to call them when it was past time to find out pick up was postponed.
