Seller does not stand behind the products they sell. Returned an item that did not work properly. They refused to stand behind the defective product. Do NOT purchase anything from East-Coast-Music...Horrible. Support your local music supplier, instead!

Initially I thought "great deal!" But then after weeks when the order still had not arrived, I sent them an inquiry and was told that the item could not be delivered (to a quite valid address)They showed me the tracking which indicated that the item could not be delivered because the address was incompleteClearly, they screwed up the labelWhile they refunded the purchase price, they did not refund the postageNor did they offer to try to resend the item to me or to offer up any reasoning with regard to why the item was undeliverableI would never order through this company! That's just poor customer service

I purchased a music book and paid a high fee for expedited shippingIt took them five days to respond to the order and then another five days to ship the bookI asked the company for a status and the company was slow to respondIn short, poor communication and poor service and high feesMy opinion is that you should buy from someone else

three weeks after ordering, although I did ask them to cancel the order and refund my money before they shipped it after they were so rude and insulting to me

While they refunded the purchase price, they did not refund the postage. Nor did they offer to try to resend the item to me or to offer up any reasoning with regard to why the item was undeliverable. I would never order through this company! That's just poor customer service.
