Good morning, As you should see the customer ordered the batteries on March [redacted] and we shipped the order in a timely manner.However the customer requested a return on June ** we closed the return as it was after 30 days of the purchase but we emailed the customer that he may return the...

battery for a warranty replacement battery.For warranty replacement we are not providing return labels therefore we didn't feel that there is anything what we need to as this is after 90 days of the purchase.

I ordered the battery below on Walmart.com website mailed out from East Coast Photo on 1/31/2017.
I tried multiple times using this battery and each time once it reached around 45% charge left it would immediately go to zero charge and turn off phone. Plus there was scratches on the face of battery indicating this was probably a refurbished item - not new as ordered. Thus defective.
I placed my old battery back in and that battery holds a charge all the way to zero - thus not a phone problem.
I emailed 2 request that they send a replacement (that works) and left 2 voicemails - NO RESPONSE.

Lousy customer service and selling defective products!

Review: I ordered the wrong batteries for a phone and called and e-mailed them about the mistake. They agreed by e-mail that they are going to replaced it with right batteries. So I asked for a RMA# so I could return it. It has been a month that I have returned the batteries and I never received the replacement.

Review: I placed an order on 5/**/2013 with EastCoastPhoto on their website for 2 batteries for my vacuum cleaner. The items did not arrive when it was supposed to, so I contacted their customer service. The lady told me that the item had been shipped out and I would get it in a few days. When the item did not arrive when I was told it would, I called again and spoke with another female. She told me that the item was not in stock and then proceeded to cancel my order. She told me that the money that I paid for the item would be reimbursed to my bank the next day. Well, it has been almost 2 weeks and I have called at least 6 times to reimburse my money and they have not done so. here is a copy of the order. Review: I was informed I ordered the "WRONG" product when in fact the links from their site match the Sony battery specs and name. They were rude and said that they were charging a 20% restocking fee for an opened package that had to be opened to test the batteries usefulness. Also, they are refusing to pay for shipping back to them which should be done in accordance with the return process.Desired Settlement: FULL refund of shipping costs, item costs and return shipping costs.
