I called East Coast Plumbing because my hot water heater was not producing any hot water. They came out the next day and replaced the element. They arrived during the window they provided and were very pleasant. The work took about an hour but after working overnight, I went straight to bed. I thought I would have hot water when I woke up but that was not the case. When I called East Coast Plumbing, they sent out a plumber who replaced the defective element. They were efficient, reliable and reasonably priced. I will be using them for a couple upcoming projects, I have planned next year.
