Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It is a complete fabrication of the truth Here are the facts: East Coast Pool Concepts has the wrong address on their response Another example of how confused they are.2: Attached you will see pool was tested and monitored by [redacted] on the following dates July 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 15, 22, and 30th Pool was brushed and tested Levels reveal that calcification did not occur3: Again, the mason who worked on our pool did an improper job The term is called "over troweling" which caused areas of uneven color Photos reveal just one area with improper color due to uneven surface There is also a pic of a crack in the wallDocuments reveal that pool was carefully monitored and properly serviced It also reveals that the levels did not cause the issues with the pool Please review attached documents Regards, [redacted]
