East Coast Rubbish Removal

I stopped service with this company in October 2019 via paid invoice and letter of termination of services which is also indicated on the check I sent to close out the account. They waited six months to send me a bill only after I called to complain about not getting billed every month. They were not picking up my garbage as promised forcing me to take it to the landfill myself and paying for it. Then they sent another bill on 12/2/19 charging me for a prior balance in October as well as November when they were no longer my rubbish company and never picked up my garbage in Oct or Nov. I switched companies in October. I called them and left a message asking for a call so I could explain the situation leaving my home and work cell numbers. They have not called as of this complaint.
