East Coast Services, Inc.

My air conditioning was on it's last leg. After a few calls I decided on East Coast Services. I dealt with [redacted]. He came over, explained my options, told me about the FP&L rebates, and my husband and I decided on the best a/c unit. There was no pressure at all from [redacted]. I had gotten a few estimates and East Coast Services was the best. I called [redacted] on a Thursday, he was here on Friday just when he said he would and my job was done on Monday. Now the installers. They were GREAT!!!! They showed up on time, never stopped for a break they just kept working. One guy worked on the outside and one on the inside. It was so quick and fast, I thought it would be such a huge job. They were professional, courteous and clean. They made sure their feet were clean and were extremely careful not to damage anything inside or outside my house. When it was time for inspection, the city inspector made a comment that he knows when he sees East Coast Services on a permit he knows the job is done right. As a consumer I thought that was the highest recommendation a company could get. I HIGHLY recommend, and I already have, East Coast Services. From start to finish, which only took a few days, they were true professionals!! Something rare these days.

I have used East Coast Services on a number of occasions over the last 35 years. They have been responsive, courteous and fair priced from repairs that were done to my various homes or apartments, boat and now business. I have also used them for new HVAC systems. I highly recommend them.
