Review: I signed a invoice for sign replacement with the East Coast Signs & Awnings LLC on 12/**/2013. The repair technician came few times, remove part of defective signs and told us that the new one are ready to be installed. Up till now, they never came to install the sign and when I called, they told us that the person is not working with them anymore. I still have the sign invoice and will provide copy upon request.Desired Settlement: I request a full refund since no work was done. The old sign were remove, thats just pull and plug.
