Paul and staff provide knowledgeable advice, efficient service and genuine care for the satisfaction of customers - at least this one!
Review: Due to the services performed by ECS Performance it caused me to get a new engine. My car is only four months old. I spoke to the owner [redacted] to be told I signed a waiver to release any liabilties. That I couldn't take any action. I was not even close to the conversation of legal action.I drove almost 3 1/2 hours to the shop. I do not remember signing any paper, I ask him to fax it to me at [redacted]. All I'm asking is that they do right by me due that this is a new car. I was charged and pay over 2400.00. I am a student and this was my tax refund. I went there due to their reputation, now I will not recommend the shop. Please, I'm asking for the shop to the right thing. Now, I need to get a new engine.....Desired Settlement: I'm not asking for the whole refund but aleast 1/2 of my costs.
