East Coast Towing and Recovery

Review: I was told that East Coast Towing & Recovery was operating an illegal towing operation. Specifically, I was told that none of their towing operators have a valid towing license. My deceased fathers car was towed by East Coast Towing and I asked the towing operator if he had a towing license, but he was unable to produce one. Once my father's car was towed, I provided East Coast Towing with his death certificate, but they refused to release the car to me because the car was not in my name. Once I got the car registered to me, they overcharged me by $240, but only reimbursed me $110.Desired Settlement: I would like East Coast Towing to provide proof that they are not operating an illegal towing operation. I would like verification that each of their towing operators have a valid towing license. I also want confirmation that they are a valid company/corporation operating a legal towing operation.
