At this time, I have been contacted directly by East Coasr Trading regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

There was no offer to exchange the battery chargers for the correct ones, but they did offer to sell me the correct chargers. Looks like I am stuck with the ones that I have no use for.]

Review: I recently purchased 2 Canon VIXIA HF R400 digital camcorders. I was needing an extra battery and charger kit for each of them so I found both on the web and purchased them from East Coast Camera located in New York.The batteries were BP-727 for my camcorders but the chargers they sent were for a Canon BP-808 battery. The BP-727 does not fit in this charger as the unit is a good bit wider than the BP-727 battery and it simply falls out of the charger. It doesnt appear that the contacts will even line up. The battery does fit perfectly in my camcorder. Below is the email string between me and East Coast Photo.You will have to read the string from the bottom up obviously. The Tech made it sound as if I was too stupid to insert the battery in the charger correctly and gave me line by line instructions even though I had no trouble installing it in the camera.I also included the invoice in the email string. Notice that the invoice does not show the charger supporting the BP-727. They refuse to exchange for the correct charger which is Item Mini Charger Kit SDM-1556 according to their own web site, or give me my money back.
