Review: Contractor took a cash deposit of 500.00 and failed to perform any part of the contract whatsoever. After repeated calls to the contractor;, contractor assured me they would commence work on June 2, 2014. Contractor failed to show up on June 2, 2014 Contractor then called and stated they would commence work the following day June 3, 2014. Again the contractor never showed up. I have called and written to the contractor to return the 500.00 deposit on numerous occasions The contractor has ignored my demand for the return of the security deposit and has not done any work whatsoever. I have now hired a new contractor to do the job.Desired Settlement: I want the contractor to return the 500.00 deposit in full.

Hired them for a paver job and they started on a monday. They ripped the old wood deck out and I had them stop so the pool guy can install new pipes since the one jet didn't work. They were advised of this prior to them starting the job. Tara advised me to call her as soon as the pool guy was done. The pool guy finisher on Thursday. I called and texted tara and got no response. Two days later after numerous texts and phone calls they said they would be at my house Monday. They never showed up or called. Finally two days later I get a text saying they will be here Friday and gave numerous excuses of why they didn't come. Today is Friday and so far it's a no show. Drove by the business locations and all of the trucks are gone like they are doing a job somewhere. It's 11am and still no response from tara. I have used this company many times in the past as far as leave cleanup and paver walkway. However I would never use them for anything in the future. At this point I want my down payment of $3750 back and I'll call another company. Very dissatisfied with their customer service.
