Review: East Coast Vinyl Fence and Deck installed fencing around our pool in 2012. Having spent several Thousand dollars for product and SERVICE, I have been trying to contact East Coast about issues with our gates and fence posts. Several months later and a dozen or so phone calls to the company, there is no date for when these repairs will be completed nor has a return phone call from the company been made. The fence and installation is under warranty to my knowledge. I feel my only way to get the problem fixed is to go through the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Please repair items listed above and come through with your service guarantee.

Review: East Coast Vinyl Fence and Deck installed fencing around our pool in the fall of 2012. We were not able to have our pool inspected until April 2013 because the pool was closed before everything was finished. The town inspector needs to see a functioning pool in order to complete the certificate.When the town inspector came, he told me that the pool fence was not up to code. The fence gate locks need to be at 54" for height and they are currently at 50". I contacted East Coast about the issue after the inspection and was told that the problem would be resolved. Someone would be out to fix the gate locks and make sure that damage done to the posts would be fixed so that holes would not be visible.A month later and dozens of phone calls to the company, there is no date for when these repairs will be completed nor has a return phone call from the company been made. The fence and installation is under warranty to my knowledge. I feel my only way to get the problem fixed is to go through the Revdex.com.

Desired Settlement: I would like to have the locks moved to their proper height and the holes in the posts repaired or replaced within the next two weeks.

To whom it may concern, sorry for delay in responce but we have been very busy trying to catch up after all the rain we had and it didnt help that this website is always down.Mr [redacted] called us and explained how door handlee need to be raised and there was no big rush,I quote NO BIG RUSH!and with all the rain, we fell a little behind, however we were at his house over a week ago and raised handlees for him and repaired holes, I hope this problem is resolved and once again sorry for delay.

Review: This complaint is concerning a vinyl arbor that has not been completed. After numerous phone calls and a delayed start after the contracted agreed date of April 20 to April 28, the project is still not completed on May 20th. I have called and asked for updates regarding the expected timeline and have not received a response from [redacted]. Throughout this process I have been deceived and lied to concerning every step of this projectDesired Settlement: I would like the arbor to be completed in a timely manor and to be compensated in the form of a discount for the aggravation and inconvenience this has caused.
