The customer [redacted] complained to me that her garage door did not have the same look once we completed her pressure washing.  I went back to her house on two separate occasions to dry the dripping water stains because her garage door was painted dark blue and showed the water spot...

drying.  On a white garage door we never have this problem because it all just blends in. Loretta's garage door was painted over 3 years ago which I explained to her that due to the dark blue color the sun fades the door out over time which means the door will have to be repainted about every 3- 5 years to keep the new look.  She refused to believe this and said my pressure washing caused this and she wanted me to pay for the cost of painting the garage door.  She had several areas painted on her house after we left but insisted that we pay for the garage door.  I have sinced paid Loretta the $125 to settle and prevent the aggravation but she is such a difficult client we will never do business in the future.  In short she has been paid $125 for a garage door that was in need of painting.

Review: This company was contracted to clean our roof. They used chemicals that killed our grass and stained our vinyl siding. They also washed off the roof granules and let them accumulate in the gutters without cleaning them out.The owner tried washing the chemical stains from our garage door without success. He said get an estimate to have it painted and I will pay for the damage. We paid to reseed sections of the lawn, clean the gutters, and paint other areas of the house. We paid over $500 to have this work done and only requested $125 from him. Now he refuses to pay for anything after telling us he would take care of it.Desired Settlement: Either pay the cost of the previously agreed $125 or pay for the full amount of the repairs which is in excess of $500.
