Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Even though they said I couldn't send the chemicals back they could refund my money, when a customer isn't satisfied thats the right thing to do I won't be using silk balance again even adding shock It messed up my spa and filter using it a couple of days I haven't paided off the bill with paypal, to them $isn't alot of money, to me $it is a lot to pay for a product I can't use.....and on fixed income making a house payment Regards, [redacted]
