I would go nowhere this placeNot minutes ago my wife test drove a [redacted] when she got back to East End Auto they had called the police on herI guess a [redacted] woman test driving a high mileage used [redacted] has to be illegal somewhereThey told her they where all retired police officersShe had to wait for the police which made her minutes late picking me up from workBeware if you deal with this dealershipService was awfulWorst in the cityI would refer [redacted] ***When she pulled up the sales man was trying to break into my carNot sure why but let it be knownBeware they are not good people

A class act, these folk [redacted] ***, they run an honest operation Bought my [redacted]  from them years agoThey have this deal for anyone who buys one of their cars where their shop will do repairs for a better-than-competitive price and parts have no mark up (and they do good, fast work)How cool is that? I spoke with [redacted] from the business and he stated that the consumer bought the car and a few days later called them to say he was having troubleThey made an appointment to have to car brought in for them to look at itThe consumer did not show upThe business got a call from the consumer and the business told him to call them back to set up an appointment, they did not hear back from the consumerAgain a couple weeks later, they set up an appointment with the consumer and the consumer did not show for that appointment either

Typical sleazy independent used car dealers. DO NOT buy anything from them. I made the mistake of buying a vehicle from them and found out they concealed the fact that the air bags had previously been deployed. If you try to get any help form them all you will get is the run around and promise of a call back from owner that never happens. If you go by the place the person you need to see will never be there. Save yourself the headache and buy form a legitimate car dealer not these guys.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from East End Auto Sales and the very next day the vehicle would not start, the appears to be an alternator issue or perhaps other engine problems. The sun roof in the vehicle also leaks. None of these issues were mentioned to me a the time of purchase, in fact the dealer said that it had just passed inspection and the vehicle was 'OK'. The very next day the vehicle made loud whining noises perhaps indicating an alternator issue and it would not start at all (also when discovered that the roof was leaking). The dealer did not want to take the vehicle back or make a repair without charges. I feel that the vehicle was misrepresented at the time of purchase and the dealer knew that he was selling me a lemon.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement would be for the dealer to cancel my purchase, take the vehicle back and give me a full refund of my $1000 down payment.
