This is in reply to a letter I received today from your office
In response to the customer's statement.....First of all, I
called the dealer twice on her behalf. She provided me with the wrong VIN number twice. Second, it does not take "knowledge" (she stated she did not have the knowledge) to call a dealer and ask which windshield number was put in her vehicle. She should have known or had record of the previous part that was installed in in her vehicle. I can understand her not wanting to make an effort to do anything for herself, but I do not need anyone telling me what my job description is either. We take between and calls a day for quotes and pricing and scheduling.
She conveniently left out some of the text of her e-mails. I have copies of all e-mail correspondence between us. One of her e-mails stated "Oh I'm sorry I thought you were the expert on this stuff. Have had my window replaced in this car several times without this issue. Apparently you don't want the business so take me off your list. About right for the east endRidiculous" She also wanted to know the name of my boss and the owner of the company. Saying legally I had to supply that information. I did not respond. If she wanted to know this information all she had to do was make a phone call. I AM the owner
My reference to the "west end" was only mentioned after she made referral to our company being located in the east end. She seemed to be implying that the east end isn't as affluent as the west end
On an end note, We have been doing business successfully for years, since 1965. Go back into your records and you will see our track record speaks for itself. It is just some people can't be pleased. This has been a pure waste of my time having to deal with this situation

Review: I had a star on my windshield, in which I went to this company for repair. The star was filled with a treatment that was ineffective, which caused my windshield to crack entirely. When the purpose of them to fix the star was so that is would not happen. Now I have to replace my entirely windshield in which is very costly and they are not providing me with a refund.Desired Settlement: If they are not willing to replace my windshield, in which they have made perfectly clear. Than I required a full refund, due to the fact that the windshield would have crack if I did not repair it, thus the reason I went to this establishment to have it repaired, in which they failed to do so.

Review: When I contacted these people for a quote on replacing my windshield I made them very aware that there was parts issues on my car. Apparently the car was made with some 2011 parts instead of the 2010 which is what the car is. This is why I provided them with the VIN number so they could do their magic and get me a price quote (this has never been an issue anywhere else). They email me and said that I needed to call the manufacturer and get the part number myself and to let them know what it was and it could be quoted. Since this is not something I have time, knowledge, or want to do I emailed them back and told them that it was their job to look up part numbers and let me know. I told them to forget the quote and take me off the list. In other words I expressed frustration of their business practices. Well the email that I received after that was rude, unprofessional, and just plain not business like. Email below:"Our 50th year & proud of it! Too bad you people in the west end don't know what year, make & model they are drivingTypical !" via [redacted]When I emailed them back I told them that I was glad that I received this in email and it was going to be shared.
