[redacted] bought a [redacted] – [redacted] – from East Fayetteville Auto Sales LLC on May 3, When the vehicle was purchased [redacted] was informed that he would be responsible for the out of state inspection and that the vehicle was being sold in AS-IS condition He signed papers stating that he understood about the condition and the inspection was his responsibility We had the vehicle Pennsylvania inspected and had the repairs and maintenance done to have the vehicle pass inspection Maryland has different criteria for state inspection than Pennsylvania does which is the reason that is passed for PA and not for MD As a Pennsylvania dealer we only guarantee PA inspection Any out of state inspection needed is the customer’s responsibilitySince [redacted] has made the complaint through the Revdex.com, his daughter has called and spoke with the salesman, Craig She told Craig that they had brought the vehicle to PA and had the state police look at the vehicle and the police agreed that the vehicle had passed the Pennsylvania inspection At this point we had offered to help with repairs but [redacted] has not yet accepted We are willing to hold up to helping with the repairs that have already been discussed with [redacted] We feel that we have went above and beyond to try to help [redacted] with the issues he is having So as of now we will not be offering [redacted] a refund due to the fact we have tried to work out a solution for his issuesThank you for your time and for the opportunity to respond to this complaint If you have any further questions please feel free to call me at the phone number listed belowBrandy [redacted] W [redacted] Office Manager East Fayetteville Auto Sales LLC ###-###-####

The sales people are extremely rude and they sell cars with issues and promise to fix them BUT don't!! They go back on what is said and lie!!!
