East Gate A/C

I had a dryer plug on the wall behind the stove. I asked for a stove plug. He ran a line and on one side of the house all the plugs East Gate worked on went out. We worked on them 3 different times. [redacted] was the fourth. The breaker box you can see all the wires hanging out. The line under the house is hanging.Large dog and small children can get hurt. The plug is on the floor. What if mop water gets in the plug?
I bought a stove from Lowes when the stove arrived, The service man advised me to have the plug change. It was a dryer plug. I called East gate and talked to Lane the owner. He said okay. The plug is [redacted] That monday, two teenagers show up. They look at it. The teenagers left. When they returned, one came inside the other went under the house.
When they finished I gave them [redacted] Teh teenager that went under the house said he ran a line and he needed to call his boss. When he got off the phone, I said how much, he said [redacted] for a plug and a line I didn't ask for. I said okay, I will give you the rest on check day. I only get a check once a [redacted] I told the teenager when he came to pick up my money with his girl friend the plug don't work. He said, I promise I will be back Sat., so I paid j=him. He never came back. he lied. I call Lane the owner and told him Corey said he was coming back to fix my plug, and he didn't show up. He sent another teenager over, His name was Eathen. Ethen P. said I can't find it and it's something that don't have a good connection. When he finished, nothing worked.
I left about 5 messages on Lane phone. I asked him to return my money. I have not heard from him at all. When you look a the receipt you will see that he charged me for a line I didn't ask for. The line needs to be better attached to the house. It hangs. Breaker box hanging off the wall on one side.
The fire Department said it is sad and very sloppy job.
He didn't have to put a hole in my floor.
I have enough all ready. Please help. All I want is half the money I paid this time. They cheatted and lied.
