East Grand Buffet

Review: My wife and I went to East Grand Buffet in [redacted] on the 4th of May 2014. When entering the restaurant, I asked the lady in the front if they had crab legs included in their buffet and she responded with yes. However, she did not disclose that crab legs would cost extra. As we are eating our dinner, the lady came up to our table yelling at us saying we were only allowed one plate of food because we did not specify that we were going to get food from the buffet. We had specifically asked for the buffet and even asked if they had crab legs. I was trying to understand why other customers were allowed to have more than one plate of food, yet we weren't. She then proceeded to yell at us and said she was not going to talk to us anymore and told us to go to another restaurant if we were not satisfied.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund in cash because she falsely told us what the prices were for the buffet, including and not including crab legs.
