Review: My experience with this company was absolutely horrid! I bought a detailing package for this place and the job they preformed was incomplete and left my car dirtier then when it started, not to mention it being dyed a different color! After 4 hours of leaving and trusting my car new car (less then a year old) with them, which was my fault, I came back to what I thought was going to be a finished beatiful car as I was promised. What I saw made my heart jump out of my chest. Half of the included services weren't even completed including a rim wash and a bug and tar removal. They only washed my rims after I showed them what was included in the package I purchased and what was supposed to be done and as for the bug and tar removal the owner refused to use any on my car because as he claimed he didn't see any bugs or tar on my car, which isn't his perocitive! I wanted it done, I payed for it, and he refused. Now on to my bumper that had a huge blue swirl stain on it! My beautiful white bumper was blue! I now need to go to a body shop and price is out to be fixed. The owner of this company was incompident and unwilling to fix all of his wrong doings. This experience was a complete nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would like for the ownerr to cooperate with living social so I could get my money to be fully refunded so I could move on, get my car fixed and never return to that unprofessional business.

I observed the blue very very faint color located only on the rear bumper. The color is only noticable at only the right angle and lighting. Growing up in the car business and having 5 car washes over the years, I feel strongly the blue faint color is due to repainting or incorrectly painting the rear bumper and is deeply under the paint surface. Other evidence of this includes the blue color is only located on the rear bumper even though we did the same process throughout the whole car and is not showing anywhere else. Also, there were no products we used with a blue color. Only clear and white colors. As far as the rims and bug and tar issue, the vehicle had no bug or tar at all on the vehicle. In fact, the vehicle was very clean before we started the vehicle. We felt it didn’t need a detail in the first place and were surprised the customer would want to detail the car other than for some other reasons to leave the car with us. We have had multiple great reviews with our detailing and car wash which makes the customer's experience very unusual. Also consider we never have put a blue color on any of the thousands of cars we have detailed over the years using same products and processes. I ended the conversation stating please go back to the dealer only and have a 3rd partied dealer expert explain and prove we could have made the bumper blue. If the dealer can prove we discolored the bumper, we will take appropiate responsibility and refund the full price of the detail. We however do not trust any opinion other than an authorized hyndai dealer.

Review: I recently got this deal from [redacted] and feel it is my duty to warn you of the ill treatment the company provides. My name is [redacted], I'm an 8 month pregnant young woman and have received horrible treatment from East Meadow Car Wash and Detailing located on North Jerusalem Road in East Meadow NY on Monday June [redacted] and Thursday June [redacted]. I brought both the full car detailing and the two car washes offered in the deal. Scheduling the detail was difficult due to the fact that the phone was answered only one of the ten times I called. When I went to get my car detailed not only did they take almost 7 hours to do the job (6 hours and 47 mins to be exact) and called me at midnight to pick up the car, but they also did a horrible detailing job leaving smear marks on all over the windows (interior and exterior), the inside of my car wasn't shampooed, and they even left dripping wax residue on several parts of my car. When I returned to have the problem addressed, the [redacted] ([redacted]) was very rude and abrasive toward me from the moment he began speaking to me. Regardless of my complaint he wouldn't fix the problem. He would only offer to put the car through the wash and clean the windows over. However, as I waited for my car to be washed, he brought in the employee he claimed buffed my car and badgered me about calling the staff a liar while continuing to yell at me. I explained to him that my concern was that the job wasn't done properly and I would appreciate if he could stop yelling at me and deliver to me what I paid for. The [redacted] continued to yell at me and then told his staff to stop working on my car, leaving it unfinished with the same smear marks and dirty windows, and then called the cops on me for supposed trespassing. When the officers arrived, the one who approached me saw how flustered and threatened I was and took my statement before dealing with the [redacted]. The officer told me that he was familiar with the [redacted] and didn't particularly care for him. He then advised me to file a claim against [redacted], [redacted], and report him to the Revdex.com and the Town of Hempstead. I felt very threatened and shocked being that I am visually very pregnant and wasn't being rude or argumentative at all when approaching [redacted]. I would like a refund for the entire purchase. If I had know about the poor work this business does like the police officer already had, I would've never purchased the deal in the first place and saved my money and time. The entire experience has been very stressful on me and my unborn baby; I've been in physical pain ever since leaving the facility.Desired Settlement: A negative rating for East Meadow Car Wash and Detail and my money back. If this leads me to the hospital I would also like my fees handled. It cost me $99.00 for the car detailing plus a 20% off coupon I used but the detailing is supposed to be $125 and the two car washes cost me $9 and I was charged $10 in cash in taxes.
