Sorry, but this response isn't acceptable in any wayMy fiancé wasn't fired because she was drinking on the job, she was fired because *** the manager, attempted to call the front desk and the phone system is very old and unreliableEarlier that same day, my fiancé attempted to call the front desk from our room to verify her work schedule for that day, and she didn't get an answer eitherThis is documentedShe was also privy to extremely bad business practices like *** the manager having sex with drug addicts who resided at the motel, for free room rentShe also found out about him stealing money from the motel and then blaming it on the employees and taking it out of their payBottom line, she knew too much and was firedTheir can't possibly be any documentation about drinking at work because it didn't happenThis is an attempt to deflect the issue*** the manager is corrupt and should be thoroughly investigatedI have documentation of the day she was fired stating that the phone system is having problemsThis mamnager is even selling the bedbug infested beds to the public without disclosing that they are infectedI called the Joplin Health Department, aND INFORMED THEM OF THE BEDBUGS AND THEY IMMEDIATELY came out and investigated.They closed down rooms due to infestation! checked in he told my FrontDesk worker he went by nearby restaurant to eat and return an hour and minutes laterHe also claimed that he never enter into the room but at the same time he said that it was unfit for a healthy person, We do have a policy which he signed stating that you once you checked in for twenty minutes there will be no refund

[redacted] checked in with the occupancy for only one guest in the room knowing that Sunrise Inn has a rate for one person and two people are more. Also Sunrise...

Inn is providing a weekly rate of one person for $199.99 plus tax and two people rate is $250.00plus tax and weekly guest does not entitle for any refund in case of guest leave earlier then the check out date.gUEST ONLY PAID $199.99 PLUS TAX FOR TWO WEEKS.
[redacted] had stayed at sunrise inn for full two weeks due to the fact that they were not entitled for any refund as per agreement. This guest not only stayed from January 23rd through February 7th 2017.
This guest had her HUSBAND also occupying room all the time and it was came to hotel's knowledge when her husband came at front desk and complaint that he cannot sleep due to the noise on the upper room, when House keepers were doing vacuums on the second floor rooms during the day her husband was get disturbed and when he complaint about the noise Front desk asked about the room he was occupying. He answered that he was in the room [redacted] . Front desk also asked his name and he was not on the list of occupant and he was not the guest of sunrise inn. This person was occupying room without making a payment and he was advised to send his wife who was renting room to come at front desk and resolve the issu by making payment which was difference of $50 plus tax for each week and the total for the two weeks was $111.96.
When Sunrise Inn advised the guest [redacted] about the balance she started abusing front desk person and started screaming using all kinds of bad words. She started making all kinds of complaint about head board was down and so on..Immediately sunrise inn Maintenance person visited her room and was found that there was no issue in her room head board was in a good condition. Guest just did not wanted to pay the right designated price and upon asking all complaint started. I wonder that sunrise inn is providing a clean and comfortable stay to everyone at a most reasonable rates in Joplin area and even though people does this kind of short cut which is not appreciated. I apologize to the guest as well as the Revdex.com Management for any inconvenience due to this complaint. This guest still owes money to us and We at Sunrise Inn take each and every complaint very serious but this guest complaint is not a valid complaint and unfortunately I do not have any credit for this guest. If this establishment refuses to believe my legitimate complaints, I strongly urge the Revdex.com to review the recent complaints against the sunrise inn on Yelp or trip advisor. Several different travelers posted photographic evidence of the unacceptable living conditions of these rooms. One traveler included a picture of a used condom on the floor when they first entered their room. I wish I had read the reviews prior to staying at this hotel, otherwise I would have not even considered booking a room.

In this case guest took advantage knowingly occupying more people and underpaid for the room rent which was due not only that they damage the room. There will be no refund or any kind of compensation provided to this guest due to the facts are all against this guest.It is verified that this is not a valid complain.

unfortunately Im sorry to hear about Ms [redacted] complaint but these complaints came after the fact we had to charge for having a pet in the room which she denied at first ($50.00). The day before yesterday she came up and ask a new employee can...

she only pay 60 dollars toward a weekly stay which left a balance of $163.98. Ms [redacted] came up the day after her stay to get a key. I told Ms [redacted] at that time that we had to apply 60.00 she paid toward her stay which was $44.78 plus $10.00 for pet which came out to be $54.78 leaving her a refund of $5.22. She checked out later that night due to her having no money.
If Ms [redacted] will read at the bottom of her receipt which she sign it states GUEST AGREES TO PAY FULL AMOUNT AS LISTED IN THIS RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. (So thereforth we can except partial payments)
The balance ms [redacted] shows do not include $50.00 weekly pet fee which would have brought her balance to (213.98)

The money thing has nothing to do with my complaint. That was a separate situation and I went in a day early and paid 60 towards my room for the week and said I would be back in the next day as soon as I got off work to pay the remaining balance. Receipt in hand that shows I was good thru Dec 20th and what my remaining balance was. When I went in to pay it he said there's nothing I can do she shouldn't have let you pay like that so that 60 just went for one night and so I lost money.I asked to speak to the owner and he refused to give me their info and wouldn't take my info so they could reach me. I've heard from a few people that work or have worked there that they [redacted] their employees over worse than the customers. Also, my dog was paid up at that moment so the 50 for him wasn't due for a couple more days. And my original complaint is on the drugs and paraphernalia I found in my room and the blood all over the bathroom floor, shower and walls that the manager came up and looked at and said he would send the maintenance man up as well as housekeeping to clean it. I ended up having to clean someone else's blood up myself. When I told him that housekeeping never showed up he looked in his book and said that she said she cleaned the room and she didn't. I have a couple people including my dad who can verify this

As for the 60 dollars goes, she came in the night before her checkout to pay for the next following week.But she came in late that afternoon to get her key and that when I told her that amount was applied to her stay.

You are going around my complaint completely.. All you have anything to say about is the money you ripped me off. That's not even what my complaint is about. The receipt also shows my check out date as Dec 20th and my balance as 163.93 and when I went in and paid I was not told it couldn't be credited for me paying early or why would my receipt show me owing a balance? And why would I screw myself out of money when I worked my [redacted] off just to stay there just to make it to work every day. Now, back to my original complaint.. There were drugs in my room when I arrived and blood all over the bathroom from someone shooting up and I had to clean that all myself because you never sent anyone up and when I brought it to your attention, I also told u I was fresh in recovery trying to stay clean and I still had to clean some junkies blood up MYSELF
