Company closed without proper notice to client. Client pre-paid for dental services and contacted the main office at [redacted] but not resolved.I prepaid $408.83 for dental services at the office locate at [redacted] on June 21, 2014 to the office manager. After attempting to reach the office and leaving several messages on answering machine one day I called and the receptionist [redacted] at the location at [redacted] stated that office is no longer open. After several promised call backs that never happened I visited the office on [redacted] on 10/22/2014 and spoke to the office manager/receptionist [redacted]. She stated that my dental file could not be located. I showed her a copy of my receipt from the [redacted] office ensuring her that I was definitely a client and had received several dental procedures at that location. After providing a copy of the receipt to the manager she assured me that my refund would be mailed to my address by November 20, 2014. On December 18, 2014 I sent a written notice to the office the [redacted] location requesting my pre-paid amount to be refunded. After extreme frustration I contacted [redacted] on January 9, 2015. I received a notice on January 23rd that would attempt to help me on this matter. No resolve and after several failed attempts I am filing a complaint about the company's ethical behavior. I have documentation of all verbal communication, the credit card receipt showing the charge and the letter that I mailed requesting my refund. The office closed down with no verbal or written warning and after I attempted to resolve the issue with the main location the office manager/receptionist have given me the run around. August makes 1 year that the [redacted] office has been closed yet I have not received my refund. Please help! However if the business does not follow through as agreed I will file another complaint being I have been told this before by the company and they did not uphold their verbal agreement.
