I would suggest at this point in time that we use a 3rd party to determine fault. If they say
that it was a fault of the dry cleaner than we will compensate you for the value of the sport coat and pay for the laboratory analysis fee. If they say that it is from a faulty coat or from customer wear than you will have to pay the lab fee. The 3rd party lab that we suggest is the Dry Cleaning and Laundry institute. We are open to any other suggestions for a 3rd party ruling. The coat will be sent in and they will analyze it. The lab cost is $35.00.There is nothing more that we can do at this time.Regards,KeithClean'n'Press

We are sorry for the confusion. The sport coat in question is the one that was dropped off by the customer. The identification tag had fallen off the pants and the sport coat was sent to the production facility to make sure the pants matched the sport coat. This caused the delay on
the pants. The pants are an exact match to the sport coat. We are willing to offer the customer $in free cleaning because of the extra time they had to spend going back and forth. The suit is the customer's suit that they dropped off. Regards, Clean'n'Press

Before I agree to send the jacket to dry clean institution, I need Revdex.com to confirm this institution is independent institution and clean'n press is not a affiliated member. Also I need address of this institution
