Review: My muffler fell off my car I went to the shop spoke to the person who runs it [redacted], he spotted out my resonator was corroded, I needed my riders done as well. He had me under the impression he was going to replace me resonator and agreed to put my riders on for $100, I thought it was cheap so I asked again if he was sure about the price he said yes. I told him the break pads would have to be changed as well and explained I would go pick them up he said they were fine and I didn't need them. Long story short he only welded my muffler on he did not replace the resonator and I need my break pads changed. I returned to the shop and explained that the car is driving horribly that he was wrong about the pads and he told me he wanted another $60 after I had already expressed I wanted them done. He told me I can leave and that he didn't need my business, he completely scammed me I went to [redacted] discount muffler they replaced my muffler and would have welded it for me for $120. The man I brought it to, [redacted] has been known to scam people and was physically beaten up for harassing a woman at his shop and scamming others. I had no idea until after the fact he proceeded to call me a [redacted] for calling him on his lie and I suggest no one use his services. He also struggled to give me a receipt he didn't want to and now I see why.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund for what has been done, he has costed me double the amount I should have paid and scammed me in his wording and lying about my break pads so I would come back again. Dishonesty is no way to keep customers.
