Review: I brought my care to this shop last week because the axle on the back broke, yesterday I went back because the back brakes were smoking/steaming the got really hard to drive like that. I went back to the shop and found out that the [redacted] was on vacation but the person in charge told me that he didn't have time to fix my piece of s--- car I own a 2002 jeep liberty. I was treated very disrespectful and both the guy in charge of the business at the time ans the mechanic that worked on my car were drunk. when I ask if they were drunk ( they smell really bad ) they got very defensive and the guy that worked on my car was very rude and started to curse at me just because I ask him if he was drunk. he had a machete that he was filing with an electric machine. I was told that they are no responsible to wait for the [redacted] to come back and if my car was not working properly not to use it. ( but I paid for them to fixed it I almost got in to an accident ) and they didn't care.I email the [redacted] he never responded. I have many witnesses that were in the shop at the time.Desired Settlement: I want my money to be refunded.
