do not take jobs like this as you don't know what poor craftsmanship & damage was doneThere were severe problems in all areas*** *** was told about thisafter addressing the problems & a major cleanup, I found structural problems that needed to be addressed which I fixed, also added a custom bathroom by building a custom shower, customer ceiling, electrical & plumbingBecause of family issues I couldn't work for days, when I came back locks were changed & I could not enter the premisesAll of my tools were locked in her home & I could not workas a result I called *** *** & she said that as work wasn't done, she changed the locksat this time I told her that sheets of sheet rock were wet & destroyed because I could not bring them inside*** *** said that she didn't care & all work would now need to be done on Saturdays onlyI had informed her at the very beginning that I do not work on Saturdays because it is my family time and she said that she understood, the work that I completed and repaired the other contractor's damage, and custom built the bathroom & exceeded with materials cost and labor the disputed $8,If anything she owe me money but I decided not to dispute it*** *** should be grateful for all that was done I would be willing to finish as I have never left a job undone; however I need cooperationSincerely,
