Review: I purchased a battery from this company in March of 2011 for cash. The battery failed after a year and a half in service. The company claimed that they have no record of the transaction nor is it their practice to keep and retain records. The battery is a manufacture specific battery that is only available from this company from this location. They are blatantly denying culpability on their manufactured product. I believe this is not equitable and is definitely not good business practice.Desired Settlement: Would like an exchange for a 75- month battery I purchase in Mar 2011 that failed after a year and half in service.
