order to fix the problem. She was really receptive to the solution. The plumbers came out to the apartment and made the necessary repairs and then maintenance came in after that the clean up and make sure everything was good. She stated that she wanted to move and I advised her that she could and she has already place her notice to vacate. We both were in   agreement on that decision. We also discussed her  reimbursement that she request and I informed her that we would not be able to refund money that was paid towards her rent.
