This place does very shady business there is never an employee on site during their stated business hours it is impossible to get a hold of sumbody if you need to use the restroom on site which remains locked even during business hours Their staff that is present when you finally catch somebody aren't very knowledgeable or helpful they have people who have been there along time and are hardly EVER able to help me and answers questions I haveThis Business changes they're policy's and business hours all the time without any warning or notice to they're tenants Which I believe is illegal I fell and hurt myself on site a few weeks ago when the hours posted said they where open and they weren't and because there wasn't a staff member on site there wasn't anybody to clean up the liquid mess on which I slipped and fell on an hurt myself very badly

Review: On June 15th, 2013, I rented a self storage unit. The company was running a special at the time for half off the storage units for up to 2 months. Additionally, the promotion included a $50.00 credit towards a moving van. At the time, I specifically indicated I would only need the unit for one month. The employee stated it was a month to month contract, so I could cancel anytime. At the time of rental, I had mentioned I would like to take advantage of the $50.00 discount towards the moving van. After my credit card was charged, I asked about the discount and they stated that they "had already run the card" and would not be able to give me the credit or discount for the moving van. They would have to call their corporate office. To resolve this issue, I was assured that when I rented a van later in the month to remove my belongings the discount of $50 would be applied to the rental. After I inquired about calling corporate for the credit after initially purchasing the van they insisted that I "not worry about it" that they would take care of the error and give me the $50 they owed to me at the time of my second van rental. This did not occur. At the time of my second van rental they said they could only give me $50 towards an additional months storage rental not van, something I had never intended to do, and they knew this. I called repeatedly and was told repeatedly that a manager would call me, no manager or employee ever got me back. At a certain point my calls would go unanswered, I blocked my phone number and they picked up right away. Again, I explained the issue and was told someone would call. At this point I am requesting that East Sac Self Storage refund the owed $50.00, which is the amount that SHOULD HAVE been deducted on my very first bill.

From the corporate office of East Sac Self Storage: We did not receive the request for the $50.00 customer refund until today. A check has been mailed and we are very sorry about the expereince Mr. [redacted] had at our facility. It is definitely out of the ordinary. We are taking the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.
