This company also operates out of Los Angeles CA and was initially referred to me by my home warranty company.
A man named Bruce who claims to be the owner of the company came out to my home on a plumbing matter.
He had a very quick and abrupt manner that was very off putting.
He quoted several hundred dollars above and beyond what was covered by my home warranty. I didn't feel right about it so I called a local plumber for an estimate on the same job. Turns out a lot of the over and above quoted could potentially be necessary but were determined not to be since my existing infrastructure has already been updated and is still in very good overall condition. In addition some of the replacement costs on the over and above items were out of line according to the company I personally called out to look at the job.
I filed a complaint with my home warranty company and they ended up cashing me out on the claim and I had the local plumber do the job which ended up saving me hundreds of dollars, not to mention they used quality reputable brand replacement parts as opposed to the cheap generic parts that Bruce was going to use.
