I took my vehicle to this shop on Saturday. I informed the gentleman I had taken my vehicle to auto zone for a diagnostic check,and was told I needed spark plugs. He told me they would fix my vehicle. When I returned to get my vehicle the gentleman told me my vehicle was ready. When I got in my vehicle it was doing the same thing. I informed the gentleman. He told me he did not perform a diagnostic check on my vehicle, and he only did what I told him. I I explained to him he was at a shop and was supposed to do a check before doing any work on my vehicle. He said he was sorry and would not return my $80.00. I was very displeased! Desired SettlementI would like a refund.
