On 12/*/17 agent Sarah was in communications with you that she was looking into tracking your missing order. You were advised at that time that [redacted] may not have updated the tracking (due to the busy holiday time) and if it was not updated soon, she would reship the order to you. On 12/*/16...

Sarah requested a reship be sent to you with expedited shipping. It looks as though the package was lost somewhere between [redacted] and [redacted]. You responded to this message on 12/**. After contacting our shipping facility, your order should be assigned a tracking number today. Sarah is waiting for them to send it over before she can email this to you. Please rest assured, we are reshipping this order since it was lost in transit. We take this very seriously and choose to be responsible for any lost shipments that occur with [redacted] and [redacted]. This company has already issued me a refund for 5/6 boxes and mailed the other box. They said they had already processed my order and they couldn’t stop it so that’s why I only got refunded for 5 of the 6. I’m ok with this. The box itself only had a knife in it. I don’t think it values as much but this is not the issue at hand and I am satisfied with their results. Thank you!
