Rick was very unprofessional and rude. My company paid over 4200 for service, that was poorly done and Rick came to pick up the final payment and to discuss the things that were not presentable or done correctly he became aggressively defensive, stated that we were finding small issue to complain about when in actuality the entire job visual aspect was horrible. I do not recommend anyone to use their services especially if you are a person of color or diversity.

Review: Entered into an agreement for 4 applications of weed and fertilizer spraying with the landscaper. The first application was applied fine. At the time second application we were forgotten about and were refunded a portion of the original contract amount.

At the time of the 3rd application, a man was witnessed in our yard putting the notification signs in the ground that notes a weed spray was applied to the lawn. NO ONE SPRAYED THE LAWN. The man stuck the signs in the ground and left. The owner of the company came over a few days later after the complaint and tried to defend the employee, but there was no evidence of dead or wilting weeds.

This company is dishonest and lacks customer service.

I was promised a refund for the services that were not provided and never received one.

This company needs to be watched to make sure they actually do what they say they will do .Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for services not provided. I would also like this known to other potential consumers to watch this company.
