A monthly surcharge that is 120-150% of my actual water billI never agreed to this surcharge I moved to Sierra Vista May 1, I noticed my water bill was at least double what it should beWhen I emailed southwesternutility.com, they said it was a surcharge to improve their infrastructureFor example, this month's bill: my actual water bill is and every month I have to pay an extra 18.48! This is not a co-opThis is a for-profit company owned by Southwestern Utility Management, who owns dozens of utility companiesI can't demand other people fix my car...I can't fathom how they get away with this and how it could possibly be legalI have to pay my own bills and shouldn't have to subsidize a corporationPlease help as I don't have corporate income, I just work part-time for a local grocery storeThank you!
