They don't answer phone during business hoursThey lie about issues always blaming it on someone elseBeen without service for week, the company says no problem their tech support says they have issues , technician came to home said there was problem which was same issue that their tech support told me they hadOnly people that were not aware of problem was the people in office that get calls from customer having problems, doesn't make senseStill having issue will have to drive to their office again so they will actually speak to mevery poor customer service, their internet and cable service expensive and not reliable, but only high speed available in area, Hopefully another company will come to area that values their customers and takes pride in providing the service their customers are paying for
Worst service I have ever had going on weeks with less than 56k internet even just dropping completely constantly,I have a better faster connection on my cell phonemy tv looks like I am using a freaking clothes hanger, wish a larger company would come in and buy them out, dont waste your money
If you compare a small town company to a multi million dollar nation wide company then of course east Texas cable isn't going to look the greatestCompare them to any other small town cable company however and you will see that there speeds AND customer service are up there with any other smaller companyThey usually are out the next day if you report a problem (would love to see a satellite company do that)And the price is great when you compare to any satellite company in the areaObviously they can't compete with larger cable company prices because again, they are a single town providerDon't expect big city service from a small town company and you will be satisfied
Excellent information on the telephone and the answering service after business hours always answers and I get a call backThe installer technicians are personable, polite, and professionalThey listen when discussing what and where the installation goes and explain operation and capabilities the service so I can understand itThe high speed internet is greatThe streaming works even when the grandkids are over and we all want to watch something different on ***We have had very few interruptions even during storms except when the tornado hit Van or LindaleEven then service was restored the same dayI recommend the internet and the cable especially if you enjoy watching ***, ***, or WiFi game streaming
