I called the office to talk to MrRudzik three hours after his crew working for someone else severed my power lines I was unable to reach him and left a message with his secretary About two hours later I called a second time and was still unable to reach MrRudzik I again left a message asking him to return my call to try to reconcile the issue I have never receive a call from MrRuzik and I was without power for almost nine hours, no heat, water, or any other utilities in the middle of winter after just bringing my wife home from the hospital after surgery That is the kind of person that you are considering doing business He wouldn't even call me back and try to remedy the situation Instead there was a lot of finger pointing and arguing over who was responsible I can tell you this, I wasn't the person responsible I was just the person who was left to deal with the mess MrRudzik's company caused, without the courtesy or respect of a phone call
