I purchased a Flexon water hose from Costco The hose has been labelled as "Made in USA" and "Lifetime warranty" My first hose had some manufacturing defects therefore I returned to Costco and repurchased My second hose worked for barely years and it started to bulge and has leaked There is clearly a manufacture defect On the warranty website, it mentions to send in a picture of the hose damage which I did The issue now is that they need me to fully cut the hose as well Unfortunately I water my lawn daily and rely heavily on the hose I sent them an email to ask about the turnaround time after I submit the pictures of my hose cut on both end but I have not got a response I have no issues cutting the hose to obtain warranty but fear after cutting, they will not honor the warranty or it will take months which makes the warranty useless My complaint at this time is a lack of response from this company
I purchased a hose that had a year warranty and it didn't even last years At the time of purchase I bought Flexon hoses Wonder how much longer the second hose will lastFlexon received via UPS ( Tracking # 1Z5AR[redacted] 6) on 6/7/ a package from me with the two ends of a hose, copy of receipt and, a copy of their 5yrwarranty for replacement on a fthose Hose purchased 7/12/The metal on one end blew offThey never acknowledge receipt of the UPS package I called and was told they promptly ship replacementsOn second call 6/I was told the guy that ships returns tomorrow from vacation 6/I left him a phone message requesting call back and update on replacementAlso 6/I used their "Contact" form requesting same info They do not return calls or respond to contact form So far I am out $+ $tax for purchase and $cost to ship parts for claim for replacement
