If I could give them zero stars I would They were the contractor that *** in Tyler sent to install our dishwasher The process has been an absolute nightmare The technician came out to install to find that the power cord wasn't in the box No big deal just go get it We are now almost a week into this and now can not get a call back Since it started we have had an open hose under the counter that is pouring water into our home When we called they told us that they would get here when they could that they had a couple critical jobs ahead of us I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy Their technicians have not made a single slot that they have given us since the original screw up The company says they have made every attempt to fix it Technician called and said a little after 1pm We did not hear from them again until almost 7pm We were not home or near home at this point and now it is all our fault We have been waiting today on a time slot of 1pm-4pm and still no show or call I understand things happen but as easy as it is to get a hold of someone the least you could do is let someone know Once again this has to be the worst customer service I have ever received Did I mention that no one from this company over the last few days has offered an apology?

Please do not ever use this company for an major plumbing issues. One of their plumbers came and very poorly cut a hole in our ceiling without needing to. He did not use a drop cloth of any kind of said he'd clean up his mess when he was done. There was no need to cut the hole because it was completely dry. He had no idea why this was. His suggestion? Maybe a grout issue and wondered if anyone had taken a shower. He then made a sexist comment to me (a woman) that made absolutely no sense. He was on his way out the door when my husband asked him if he was going to clean up his mess. His response? "Oh, yeah, do you have a broom I can use?" Why would he come into our house, not bother with a drop cloth and then not even have proper equipment to clean it up?

When we complained with the company, we were told that the person who did this would come take pictures of the hole. Why would we want him in our house again? We said someone else needs to come. The person that came, who we believe was the father, made all sorts of excuses for the plumber. His response to the hole...we aren't carpenters. His response to sexist jokes....laughed and said he was just trying to be funny. His response to not having cleaning supplies....every homeowner should have a broom.

I am seriously at a loss for words.

Unprofessional. Rude. Rushed. Had to use this person through American Home Shield and will fire AHS for sending him (the owner). Took over 8 days to come out. Was rude to my wife on phone. Rude service at the house. Ultimately, he did a half job and left as quickly as possible - totally rushed and didn't care about the quality of his work.

Very poor administration. I think the plumbers are good at what they do. I used their service to fix a leak through our home warranty. They fixed the leak, but it started leaking again less than a week later. Same issue that was originally fixed, but this time the leak was a stream of water. I called 6 times on a Thursday spread throughout the entire day and no one answered or returned my messages. So I filed through the warranty again as a recall. They scheduled with me for Friday, but didn't show up. Monday they didn't show up either. Also on Monday they did not answer or return my calls or messages. Our faucet leak is getting worse and worse. It now fills up gallon jugs every 8-10 minutes
