This company is the best company when comes to move This company moved my household stuff from Washington, NJ to Kissimmee, FLThe pickup and delivery was on the same day as they saidThe driver and the other crew who came to pickup and delivery were extremely cooperative and courtesies and so was the other staff including the customer serviceI had wonderful experience with this company I will give star for their service

In my furniture, household items, clothes, etc was packed and moved from Florida to NJ When they packed they forgot to get items in a linen closet in the master bedroom I had to show them When they packed items from a tall cabinet + two bookcases on each side they did not look in the bottom of the cabinet There was a crock pot in a quilted case on the bottom shelf It got bounced around to the point of breaking the backing from the cabinet They packed shelves from the bookcase in a box with family pictures and souvenir Disney books The pictures were very old They lost that box I was told that the driver and truck that picks up will be the driver and truck to drop them off in NJ That was not the case, instead they sent that driver somewhere else when he got to Atlanta Therefore they had to unload my items from that truck to another That is when the box must have not made it to the 2nd truck When all but the box arrived in NJ my desk was missing legs, the curio cabinet front panel was off too They would not send a furniture repairman because the furniture was not solid wood I made many calls to ask them to find my box but they did not I doubt they did more than make one phone call to the other people that had their things moved Maybe they checked the warehouse once What they gave me in compensation was pitiful, even though I had extra insurance I would recommend that anyone moving their furniture and other items use someone else This is not a caring company Don't chose them!!

I was promised a refund from Nationwide after a horrendous move and they have now refused to honor it then three and I had received zero updates about the compensationWhen I reached out, they had yet another convoluted, circumvent, rambling set of excuses to explain why they didn't intend to send me any damages after allI'm not at all surprised considering every interaction with Nationwide has been fraught with double standards and financial shadinessPar for the course at this pointThe measly $wouldn't even cover the $I paid to have the piano "professionally moved" to begin with and certainly didn't address the damage done on my bar or deskTheir consolation? My move was very uneventful Getting to the Day had some bumps but the proper communication resolved the issues at hand quickly I moved from Maryland to Delaware and was pleased with being able to get my items as soon as the movers arrived in town Thanks to the crew my offload was quick and efficient Thank you Nationwide

Our overall experience was greatReggie gave us an estimate which turned out to be very accurateIt was also the best price of the four quotes we obtainedWe did have a scare the day before the move when we were told the move would be delayed another day but after a while things were back to the original date we were told when we signed the agreementOn moving day, there were two men, Darren and JamalThose two guys worked very hard and quicklyThey were courteous, friendly but did not waste time chit-chattingThe truck was loaded on the first day and taken to their warehouse overnightThe next morning, they arrived to our new house in Fort Myers from Plantation and quickly got to workIt took them only three hours to unloaded the truckGreat job guys!

I contacted Nationwide over a year ago to move my home from Delaware to South Carolina I worked with Laurie OSenior Relocation Specialist, as our plans and needs changed we needed to make a partial move for now I never made an interstate move before, she walked me through all the important details I needed to know..She gave great advice whether I hired them or another carrier Her honest and caring answers indicated to me she understood the importance of making a good decision in selecting a moving carrier She was always available for questions and suggestions Our move was a success and they worked with my pick up schedule and delivery date The crew they sent, husband and wife team Kenneth and Bree were amazing They were quick, efficient and 100% professional! Not only were they the pick up team they were the delivery team, I was excited about my delivery a week later, and also couldn't wait to see them! We will be making another move later in 2019, and I can't even imagine hiring anyone else! You are in good hands with this company, They gave me a great piece of mind Moving is no fun, but they made it a good experience for us I would leave stars if I could!

Nationwide Van Lines is holding onto my deposit for a scheduled move that never occurred due to unscrupulous business practices on their end Nationwide was supposed to provide the same exact service from a previous contract (#XXXXXX) on a new contract (#XXXXXX) They were given the contract number as a reference to which they quoted a new price for the new contract while affirming that I would be receiving the same service Date of service to be performed on 4/2/ Deposit of $(check by phone) given on 3/22/to Sales Rep [redacted] Final payment of $made on 4/2/ Unfortunately, when the company showed up to perform expected service based on conversations with sales rep and previous referenced contract provided, the company claimed that for them to perform the service I was expecting I was going to have to pay an additional $ I refused and told them I was canceling the service with them because that was extortion I did not cancel out of inconvenience,

Our family had such a wonderful experience with Nationwide Van Lines Susana Swas our relocation consultant and was extremely helpful and very professional The delivery staff (Elvis and partner) as well as drop off staff (Uzi and partner) were fantastic!! There was an incident with my mom's coffee table The base of the table had cracked We were reassured that the company would fix the table and send it back to us within a couple weeks We received follow up phone calls from Todd and Heather to see if we were satisfied with everything which we were I let Todd know in our phone conversation that the company was great! Thank you so much for helping with our mom's move

General Comments: o First the window for arrival to pack was from 9am-1pm Movers shown up at 12:without any calls to let me know their arrival o When they arrived they were not prepared Asked me to complete the forms and then had to leave to get packing materialRichardson was gone for over an hour and then upon his arrival he started packing o He stressed his dislike to pack and made me feel very uncomfortable I had to go behind him because he was leaving things unpackedWhen I asked for a particular valuable digital frame to be boxed and wrapped he said the box it was in was good enough I said I would prefer if it was wrapped and protectedHe said he knew what he was doing and was very rude with me I decided to take the frame myself in the car o At 5:30pm, he received a call from Nationwide headquarters on my phone asking if he could leave to pick up something He was going to leave until I got upset and said you have many hours left and I don't a

I contacted this company in April needing a May moving date The initial sales representative was very nice We went through all of the items that were moving with me and he sent me a binding contract of $ The movers arrived on May 5th I had to move out of state prior to this for my new job, so my realtor was present to greet the movers and let them in The mover loaded his truck and during the load he contacted me and stated that there was more stuff than originally expected and that the cost would increase to $and wanted to know what I wanted to do I couldn't leave my belongings there so I had him finish loading his truck The next day I contacted [redacted] and informed him that the cost was increased by the driver by a significant amount of money and he was not responsive to my concerns at all He basically blamed me for having more things that I allotted for, which was not true I spoke with him several times about this and he dropped the cost by $ I asked for a delivery date and he was unable to give me one A week went by and a lady contacted me wanting half of my remaining balance Again, she could not give me a delivery date The binding contract stated my belongings would be delivered between May 5th-15th but no one could pinpoint a date or time May 15th came and I did not have my belongings I contacted [redacted] and informed him He still could not give me a delivery date or time, rather he stated it would be here the following Fri, Sat or Sun I informed [redacted] that I read the Federal Law regarding movers and it was against Federal Law to load a person's belongings and then change the price of the move if they have a binding contract [redacted] was upset and started interrogating me with a bunch of questions I informed him that I was not going to allow him to berate me or speak to me in a condescending manner and that I was not going to pay the increase since the movers did not contact me prior to loading my belongings, nor was a new binding contract signed with the price increase [redacted] was extremely rude and attempted to reverse the blame on myself In the end, I did not pay the price increase, I paid the original binding contract cost I would not ever do business with this company again It appears they are out to scam their clients I would find a company that comes out to your home and perform an inventory on your belongings so that you get an accurate estimate This company is terrible They try to report that they have a Revdex.com rating of A+ but they are not even accredited with the Revdex.com Go find a reputable company to help you move

I just moved from ct to fl and had excellent service from nationwide van lines right from the startstarting with patrik helping me with my estimate and then with the movers johnny and charlieeveryone was very pleasant friendly and very very hard workersmy wife and I were both very pleased with there service and can't think of a single thing that they need to do to improve their service and we would gladly recommend their service to anyone!!
